    Training system: traditional Piedmontese guyot with a vine density ranging from 4,000 to 4,500 vine stocks per hectare

    Taste: tannic, full-flavoured, dry, astringent and persistent, with a balanced acidity without excess

    Food matching: very versatile wine perfect with roast meat, red meats such as Carpaccio, game and medium-seasoned cheese
