    Training system: traditional Piedmontese guyot with a vine density ranging from 4,000 to 4,500 vines stocks per hectare

    Grape varieties: Chardonnay, Cortese, Arneis and Moscato in variable percentage depending on the harvest

    Average age of the vines: 20 – 30 years

    Vinification: in steel tanks at controlled temperature of 12°C for 30 days

    Aroma: ample bouquet with notes of white flowers and fruity notes of peach

    Food matching: ideal as an aperitif, this wine perfectly pairs with fish, white meat and soft cheese. Fascinating if paired with cold cuts
