Climate: Mediterranean, characterized by harsh winters with temperatures reaching -15°C, and hot and humid summers with temperatures reaching 35° C
Soil: limy, clayey, sandy and calcareous
Altitude: 180 – 340 meters above sea level
Training system: traditional Piedmontese guyot with a vine density ranging from 4,000 to 4,500 vines per hectare

Colour: quite intense ruby red with soft garnet nuances
Nose: fruity, fresh, with spicy notes making this wine serious and intriguing
Taste: Round on the palate which enhances drinkability. In the mouth the wine is particularly soft and dry. Red fruits such as cherry, blackberry and strawberry are prevailing, although also a floral note such as rose and violet is detectable
